Viva Fit provides virtual coaches to help answer your health, exercise, and nutrition questions (the “Service”). We do not knowingly collect, keep, or maintain personally identifiable information from people under the age of 18. If you become aware that your under 13 child has created an account with Viva Fit, or has purchased any of our Services, please notify us at legal@coachviva.com to have the account terminated and the associated data deleted.
Viva Fit reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy, and will post any revisions at coachviva.com/privacy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of the Service will be subject to the then-current privacy policy.
Viva Fit does not guarantee error-free performance under this Privacy Policy. We may not always catch an unintended privacy issue, despite our efforts to do so. Accordingly, we welcome your feedback regarding any privacy concerns that you may have, including how we can improve this Privacy Policy. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with this Privacy Policy and will take prompt corrective action when we learn of any failure to comply with it.
This Privacy Policy is subject to the terms in our Terms of Service, available for review at coachviva.com/tos, and which include terms regarding limitations on damages and disclaimers of warranties. Our Terms of Service take precedence over any conflicting provision in this Privacy Policy.
